Instructor

Alexis Lynch

Attorney at Law

Alexis has a solo law practice that almost exclusively focuses on California limited conservatorships. She has 13 years of experience setting up limited conservatorships and has worked with clients in 13 counties and counting to help them establish limited conservatorships for their loved ones with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Alexis is frequently asked to give limited conservatorship workshops for schools and nonprofits. Through her work as a board member of multiple nonprofits serving the disability community and her time conducting free workshops throughout the Bay Area, she realized there was extremely limited information out there and a lot of confusion about limited conservatorships. Countless families cannot afford an attorney to handle the conservatorship process for them. This course was created to empower families by giving them easy access to clear and thorough information so they have everything they need to handle the conservatorship process themselves.

Testimonials

“Our daughter turned 18 and we knew we needed to start the conservatorship process. It was not only expensive, but also daunting in the amount of paperwork that needed to be filed. We were referred to Alexis and were so pleased that she offered an online tutorial. It was very reasonably priced and easy to follow. She included the attachments needed and very detailed and clear directions. We could not have survived this process without the guidance from Alexis' tutorial.”
